Litmus wins another new Neutral Vendor contract!
We are delighted to announce that Litmus has won a new contract with Bristol and Weston Purchasing Consortium, as a Neutral Vendor service partner for University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW).
As a recently merged trust, UHBW has a workforce of over 13,000 and delivers over 100 different clinical services across 10 different sites. The new contract was awarded to Litmus following a competitive tender process under the H.T.E framework (Lot 2).
From September 2021, Litmus will be supporting the provision of temporary medical locums for UHBW, via our large network of supply chain partners, and managing a new Direct Engagement model.
Implementation is currently in progress, with the new service set to deliver a range of efficiencies and cost savings for the Trust.
“We are delighted to be partnering with UHBW on their medical locum supply, and proud to see the range of NHS partners Litmus supports growing so rapidly.
Our Managed Services teams work exceptionally hard to support trusts and ensure we keep all internal teams and workers engaged and following process.
We know our neutral vendor model works, consistently achieving exceptionally high fill rates and cost savings, and we look forward to demonstrating the benefits to the trust and the wider purchasing consortium”
For more on the results we achieve on our NHS Neutral Vendor Managed Service contracts, such as a 97% fill rate, read our recent case study.
