A Warm Welcome to…Amy Matheson
A new but very familiar face has returned to the UK Litmus team!
Many NHS executives in the staffing sector will remember Amy Matheson, who played an integral role in delivering the NHS’s first ever Managed Service for Mid Essex Hospital Services in 2011 (for sister brand Medacs Healthcare).
In its first year, this inaugural project turned heads with savings of over £2.25m and led to the nationwide recognition of the ways Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can positively impact the NHS staffing landscape.
Amy went on to oversee the management of five more London-based NHS staffing contracts for the UK Medacs team, maintaining an impressive 95% fill rate, before relocating to Sydney and joining Litmus in Australasia in 2014.
In Australia, as Head of Managed Services, Amy spent several years building solid partnerships with health districts across New South Wales, Adelaide and Queensland, managing healthcare staffing spends in excess of AUD$70 million and overseeing the implementation of pioneering VMS technology platforms for Litmus customers.
Now back in London, Amy will be using her broad Managed Services based staffing experience, gained over two decades (and two continents!) to support new UK Litmus customers with their workforce challenges.
