This means we can offer Health Boards in Scotland easier access to our reputed Neutral Vendor staffing solutions, supporting them to increase fill rates and improve approaches to temporary staffing management.
The region presently faces a situation described as ‘perilous’ by the Chairman of BMA Scotland, with 15% of consultant vacancies estimated to be vacant.

This year, Litmus has successfully implemented several new Neutral Vendor contracts across the UK, uplifting fill rates with a tried and tested approach.
