Great news for our Scotland clients. Our Neutral Vendor Managed Services solutions can now be accessed via the new National Services Scotland Framework (NP500/22 Lot 2).
This means we can offer Health Boards in Scotland easier access to our reputed Neutral Vendor staffing solutions, supporting them to increase fill rates and improve approaches to temporary staffing management.
The region presently faces a situation described as ‘perilous’ by the Chairman of BMA Scotland, with 15% of consultant vacancies estimated to be vacant.
With this new framework award, Litmus is ready to provide the urgent action needed, lending vital workforce expertise and mobilising our broad network of partner locum agencies to plug unprecedented staffing shortages.
This year, Litmus has successfully implemented several new Neutral Vendor contracts across the UK, uplifting fill rates with a tried and tested approach. Our teams can also draw on key regional expertise, with our wider group operating medical staffing services right across Scotland for over 30 years.
“We are delighted to be able to offer our reputable Neutral Vendor staffing solutions through the NHS Scotland National Services framework.
In addition to providing our NHS and health board clients with a wider range of procurement options, this framework allows us to help to build more sustainability and resilience into temporary healthcare staffing across Scotland, a region our wider group has operated in for over 30 years now.
Our workforce experts have an acute understanding of the specific and quite different challenges faced by medical staffing teams across all seven regions, and we have strong relationships with all key suppliers in Scotland.”
Litmus is now successfully operating a growing number of Neutral Vendor Managed Service contracts on behalf of our NHS partners, consistently uplifting and maintaining fill rates in excess of 95%. Our success lies in the powerful combination of our people, processes and technology.
