Litmus wins another new Staff Bank contract!
We are delighted to announce that Litmus has been appointed by The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, as their new Staff Bank partner for all staffing groups.
Part of the government’s New Hospital Programme, the Trust delivers a wide range of different clinical services from two hospital sites, serving the people of Hillingdon and those living in the surrounding areas of Ealing, Harrow, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, with a total catchment population of over 350,000.
We will be using our recruitment expertise and proven processes to transform their staffing operations and build a future-proof workforce – in line with their future plans to transform patient facilities with a ground-breaking new infrastructure project.
Proposals for the new Hillingdon Hospital got a massive boost in January 2023 when the council resolved to grant approval for the plans. Below is an artist’s impression of the new hospital, which will take around three years to build once construction starts.
The contract was awarded to Litmus under the NHS Workforce Alliance framework as an initial 12 month pilot.
Implementation has gone smoothly and the new service, which went live on 2 May, is set to deliver a range of efficiencies and cost savings for the Trust over the next 12 months.
“We are delighted to have been selected by Hillingdon and to have the opportunity to work in partnership to deliver a successful and sustainable, ‘bank-first’ solution to their current workforce challenges.
We know our Staff Bank model works, consistently achieving exceptionally high fill rates and cost savings, and we look forward to demonstrating the benefits.”
